Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order.
Initial order confirmation emails are not confirmations of shipping. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive additional communication regarding shipment. 
Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays, will be processed the next business day. 
All orders placed will be dispatched within 2-3 working days.

FREE for all orders over $150 
$10 NZD for orders under $150
FREE for all orders over $300 
$20 NZD for all orders under $300 
Flat rate of $30 NZD 
All deliveries from The Post. will include a tracking number. This will automatically be emailed to you upon dispatch. You can track your order via the link provided in the email, or directly via the carrier's website.

Returns Policy:

At The Post we will go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your pieces. 
If you are unsure about the fit, or require measurements / photos before purchasing please email us at and we will be more than happy to assist you.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know in detail, so that we can continually improve. 
We are also here to help you through the returns process. 
- Items are unused, unworn, in all original packaging with tags still attached
- Items are returned within 14 days of purchase 
- Please be careful with make up and perfume when trying on, as this can affect our ability to process your refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns with perfume or make up stains. 
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of package arrival date.
All items marked 'SALE'  are not able to be refunded or returned unless faulty.
All items purchased through a discount code or flash sale are not able to be refunded. They can instead be exchanged for a different size or style subject to availability.

To process a return or refund:

1. Contact with a description of your request upon arrival of your package. Please include your Order number.
2. For exchanges please specify the style/size or colour you wish to receive and we will do our best to fulfil this, Please note that availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.
3. When shipping your garment back to us (at your cost), we suggest you use tracking services for your own protection as we are not liable for any lost postage upon your return. 
Please note: If items do not abide by the returns policy The Post owns the right to reject and return items.
